aleksander is good. But I think he lacks alot of the things that make Fedor so great.

well u can actually say that fedor is better cuz they have fought on sambo and the winner was fedor but that was years ago...and fedor says that aleksander has gotten so good that if they fight again is hard to say who'll win

I know that mathematical logic doesn't work in MMA. But still, Mirko KOed Alexander, Fedor won a UD against CroCop.

Fedor is better than both. End of discussion. I mean who does he really have to challenge him at this point?

Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.

It's not obvious to me that he's gonna take that title away, I'd like to see a Fedor Mirko II, and the winner of that should fight the winner of Sylvia Arlovski III I think UFC has plenty of fighters that could pwn the shit outta PRIDE fighters, but not in the HW division. I'd give Arlovski a punchers chance against Fedor no question, but Fedor's a TRUE proven champ and I don't see anyone getting the better of em anytime soon. The only guy I think that has a shot in PRIDE is Mirko, and even then it's a long shot.

I agree there. Alexander is no were near the top 3 in Pride. He's maybe top 5. Maybe. I'd love to see either Werdum or kharitonov take him on. And no, it's certainly not obvious that he'll take the crown. His standup isn't good enough, and his groundgame needs to improve. Not to meantion that he needs to mature as a fighter. Grim reaper girl, watch some more MMA, preferably the top HW fighters of Pride FC!

there is no way brothers would fight for a title, they train together and have trained together for years and will continue to do so, a good move for alexander would be to go to the UFC

Even if they did I just do not see Aleksander winning. It just seems fallacious to think he could at this moment. I think he still needs to mature more in MMA before a title shot should even be thought about.
