Aleksander Emelianenko
Aleksander is the younger brother of Pride FC's HW champion Fedor.
His many tattoos on somewhat wierd places show that he's lived a tough life.
He is a very strong and tough fighter. Although his size sometimes makes him very slow.
He is a relatively new to the pro MMA game. He only fought one big MMA name, losing to CroCop via KO.
Aleksander is probably the future of Pride's HW division, and I think we'll see him many more times in the future.
He weighs in at 275lbs (125kg) and is 6'6 (198cm) tall.
His all time pro MMA record is 6 - 1 - 0 (Win - Loss - Draw).

Handspeed doesn't have anything to do with size. You can be "small" and still have "slow" hands. I mean slow as in his reflexes and reaction time is high. He doesn't move very fast.
Don't judge if you don't understand what I write man.

I just missunderstood thats all. And no he doesn't have very good movement, but thats also the only thing he has to improve or at least concentrate on I think. I can't remember seeing him with submishes so i can't speak about that altough.

I think Fedor was the Sambo world champ some years ago, I could be wrong though.

He is World Sambo Champion and the Captain of the Russian Sambo team. In 2002 he won the world championship here in Thessaloniki......
Sambo is mix of Judo and JJ I think.
