Hendo just came out the other day and said he was ducking him. I dont know if that will work or not but Anderson needs to answer in my thinking.

Anderson Silva is definately ducking Hendo. He knows Hendo can beat him. Stylistic he has the goods to beat him - iron chin, excellent wrestling, KO punch, good submission defense. He knows he got lucky the last time, next time will not be so easy. Basically, Silva wants to fight stand up fighters - this is where he shines and make him look really good - who can blame him?

he definately knows hendo CAN beat him. but i wont go as far as to say hes ducking him. i honestly think its justhis frame of mind. "ive beat him once, dont have to do it again."

LOL, from what I read, Soures was told that Silva could pick which fight he was going to take....Nate or Dan and then he would face the other after....then he suddenly needed to get his elbow fixed! Ducking? You guess!

While I dont like bashing fighters, I have to say that after hsi last fight and the one with Dan I was pretty sure he is very beatable if you put a good wrestler in their against him. Chael showed us that (even if it came with Male hormone inhancements) Anderson is open to many different forms of attack from wrestlers and can be held down.

A few of the GNP punches hurt Silva as well. I think that the hail marry Triangle at the end saved us from seeing Chael crowned and then stripped of the belt...but woudnt that have been more fun than a champ with little interest in working to defend his belt?

Totally agree with you...in his fight against Sonnen, Silva shown his professionalism by vowing to Chael after the fight even if that money launderer dominated him before he put that classic triangle armbar.
