i think he is one of the best grapplers in MMA, the fight against herring was a grappling clinic i know it went to dec but a great fight

first time i saw nog i thought this guy is gonna take some beating, but it happened, it culd also happen to fedor too, but not yet. The thing i like about nog is his transitional work from sub to sub

it will only happen to fedor if he doesnt retire at 34. Fedor just entered his physical prime (30) and hes finally healthy and i think that he will stay in that prime till he is 33. (doctors say 27-33 man's physical prime) By then I think he will step down as the Pride Undefeated HW champ. If he doesnt, obviously eventually he will get beaten. It happens to the best of em. The key for Fedor is retiring at the right time.

Nog will have a submission named after him. He is just that good.

What doctors.....Normally it is 25-28 is the prime! And if you ask....yah, I work with a tone of doctors as an athletic therapist and remedial therapist...normally they ask me about that stuff.....Fedor is just past the physical prime...but that is on average...some men dont actually enter their prime till 38..and some never do.

Nog is a truly class act and i would like to see him against CC again & Barnett. A victory there and we could see him & fedor again
