Any Good Exercise For Legs.

Hi all i am looking for a few exercise for at home with no equipment or partner to build muscle in the legs for a bit more power.

Squats

Frogs (Where you squat down and jump)

Calf Raises

Lunges/Walking Lunges

Dead bugs (law on your back and just scissor your legs. Works abs as well)

Get a crate or something and jump on and off. Also jump over it.

Then repeat all with one leg.

Step ups are one of my favorite. I used to wear a weighted vest, now I use a high box and step up then down and reverse. After 100 your legs are pretty tired.
