Hey guys I just had my first BJJ class and it was awesome but short, Im looking forwards towards the next class. Im thinking about getting a Gi but also wondering what your suppose to wear under the Gi...Do people usually wear a t-shirt or shorts, or should I get some board shorts and maybe some rash guards or under amour. Thanks

I usually have regular underwear and compression shorts on under my gi pants. I wear a rash guard under my top.

Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.

Well compression shorts separate the groin and hamstring muscles. They also provide extra warmth to the muscles which make the muscles less prone to strains/pulls.
They also help prevent chafing and rashes.
