This is funny, today I was wondering what Hapkido was and all the videos are demonstrations... nothing real. But here is when you see Hapkido in action!!

yeah gurres right but its worth watching, its old but its good watching the traditional martial arts taking on the gracies and shows how ineffective tma are

the guy who fought Royce in UFC 1 or 2 also appears in the dvd, he got his arse handed on a plate, man that guy just doesnt learn lol think his name is jason delucia

But Royce caught delucia in what is probably one of the best arm bars in UFC, man that was sweet
