Board Shorts

Postby Kuark » Sun Feb 18, 2007 3:13 pm

Does anybody have any recommendations for comfortable/cheap board shorts that will last. Im still mainly going to wear gi pants with no gi for leg grip but I am looking for a pair to use maybe once a week or something so it doesnt have to be anything fancy.

get that advertising shit off of here.

i'm just going to fight in my black haynes boxer briefs. they're affordable. i can take some Wite-Out and draw WAND on the butt and make it looks like i spent some money.

Try to find shorts here: www.beckersurf.com They have alot on sale.

Don't you have any surf/skate-shops nearby? Often they have boardshorts on sale. And btw, it's cheaper to buy a rashguard for surfing than ones whoa are fightgear:)

I seriously doubt there's any "cheap" SW gear avalible out there... rashguards and shorts cost crazy sums nowadays....

btw, welcome to the forum fellow Brasa-member ;)

i like nogi and tapout, fact of life you pay for what you get

if you are running into really expensive boardshorts, i would recommend a ross store. i picked up a pair of $60 reef board shorts for $15 at ross. check around you will find some.

Hey guys, as many of you already know, I do some work on video productions as a hobbie. Here is the latest, and I decided to post it here because the topic was board shorts.

I made this video for Venum Fight because I liked their designs, and their webmaster told me it would be cool if I did a video for them. I can't tell you if these shorts are good or not, because I don't really buy fight shorts, I usually like to buy basketball shorts so that that I can use at the MMA class but also at the gym.

Let me know what you think of the video & the song, since I worked on both.
