Wrestlers can get good fighters down and cant do anything once they get that far.. They usually make for boring fighters. Angle talks about his fights allowing head butts.. Guess why? cause when a wrestler is holding you down, thats the only attack they have left.

Yeah I guess it can be quite boring.

I wish we did wrestling at schools over here though. The most physical stuff we do is Rugby which is quite boring especailly when your as tall as me.

If you watch Angle though he did hit people hard. They should allow headbutts I;d love to see someone knock themself out with a headbutt.

It screams out for hemmorages and stuff though. I know head kicks do as well.. But, they are dangerous, especially in a GnP situation.

You know as I was reading your post I was watching a Pride DVD I got for Christmas and Guy Mezger kicked Ricardo Arona in the head, just as I read head kicks give heamorrages.

Yeah I was joking about the headbutting thing that would screw people up for life. lol

He's Back......
From Cage Rage.

After over a year’s absence from the fight game, Bob Sapp is back. Cage Rage promoter Andy Geer has confirmed that the 350-pound behemoth known as “The Beast” has signed on with Cage Rage.

“We will be releasing some more information tomorrow,” Geer told The Fight Network moments before the Cage Rage 20 press conference. “But yes, we’ve signed him.”

It has not been confirmed whether Sapp, 8-2-1, whose K-1 contract was terminated after he failed to appear for a fight with four-time K-1 World Grand Prix Champion Ernesto “Mr. Perfect” Hoost, will be moving to England, however, he will participate in the next Cage Rage 21 against an unnamed opponent.

“There’s all kinds of rumors regarding his opponent,” said an anonymous Cage Rage representative. “There’s definitely more than enough heavyweights to choose from: Butterbean, James Thompson, Mark Kerr, Mustafa Al Turk.”

The huge kickboxer-mixed martial arts competitor, best known for his larger than life personality and proportions, was spotted around the Wembley Plaza Hotel where the Cage Rage 20 weigh-ins were taking place, but was unavailable for comment.

Yea if Thompson had fujitas chin and learned subs and sub defense he could be one of the most dominant fighters ever. Too bad we dont live in the 'if' world.

i think sapp is a BIG sobb,...and that even though he is big and strong I dont think he can stand in the ring with Fedor Emalinenko, Dan Henderson, Rampage and of course it was evident when he fought Mirko Cro Cop and Antonio Rodrigo,...and we saw that pure technique, discipline and patience won those fights,...my favorite loss that bob sapp faced was against mirko cro cop {{A trained Striker}} it was just great how Mirko Cro Cop POPPED him in the jaw at perfect timing and snapped his JAW LMAO,...come on, he just walked into that Fist,...Bobb Sapp needs to lose weight

Sapp's weight comes from the muscles in his body.. If he will face Fedor, he will be subbed or be face-grated with GnP..
