Just like any other supplement you have to make sure you take the right amount according to your weight/body type. There are some charts/calculators out there that can help you.

This FAQ contains a great amount of information about creatine and even contains a little chart for how much you should take for your body weight, and a calculator also I think. Been awhile since I have read it.

Thanks,this article was definently helpful in knowing how much creatine i should be taking.i usually just take 5 grams before and after i workout
