I'm using creatine pyruvate. Have been using it for two cycles (where the duration was about a month). No side effects noticed but dramatic increase of strength without getting alot bulkier.

I have used other types of creatine, but the body gathers alot of water then. Pyruvate is the best by far

i take creatine monohydrate and ive gained 20 pounds of muscle in a week.some people want to try all the new creatines, but monohydrate works great for me.I'm taking the body fortress brand and the only thing that happens to me is a brief stomach ache and more strength and endurance in the gym

well you bodyfat hasn't gone up but the water contense in your muscle sure has. Yes, you get stronger but that's mainly the placebo effect!

I tried Creatine years ago when it was first all the rage in training suplaments. I found it gave me a small edge in training when I was doing heavy weights. But I bulked up alot on it. When I stopped using it I pissed so much for weeks as the fluid left my muscle tissues. I also looked softer than I thought I would. I understand they have come a long way since the early days of creatine. But personally I look more for suplaments that make me thiner now, not bigger or stronger. I want to be that fast little guy, not the guy with no neck...already did that part of my life...damn hard to find shirts that fit for work!@

.... Creatine has mixed reactions to everyone.. Gurre is right about most of it... I am using a creatine called TREN.. its very expensive and alot of fighters use it.. It gives me great endurance.. I honestly can say i have gained at least 5 pounds of muscle this week.. I feel stronger.. I look better.. On the other hand.. It also increases testosterone levels.. which cause me horrible mood swings.. and hair growth lol.. But with every creatine you need to cycle it.. I learned the hard way and used a Creatine called CONCRETE and it started to deposit water to parts of my body including my kidney.. i later had to have it removed...But honestly nothing will get you big unless you dedicate yourself steadily to the weight room.. start small get BIG

yeah, then there's that too. High protein diet combined with creatine will give you testosteron levels that are either borderline or a bit over the accepted value. Meaning you could get a positive roid test...
