Hey i just started goin to the gym and am now thinking about joining a martial art. possibly kick boxing, but i would like to know some excerscises to improve my flexiblity especially in my legs.

Stretch out daily, and before and after work outs! That is the only way to get flexible for a sport like kickboxing.

Yeah and remember that proper weight lifting can help range of motion also.

Lets me just say I have dione kickboxing for years and I am not that flexible, I am no robot either though LOL. Get yourself a good coach instructor who can teach you the basics, then go from there. Start simple, stance, balance and movement...the rest of your game will come in time. But each will have different and yes some yoga is good even helped a big lug like me...LOL
