Gold medals aren't really made of gold. They're made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.

I personally dislike him and I don't even think he is a good fighter.
In my opinion he is going to get killed by Quinton Jackson

what i mean by he is not a good fighter is: he is not good enough for UFC or for what people say he is: like people say he is in the top 10 light heavyweight in the world but I dont agree with that. for example who do you think is better LLOYTO MACHIDA or Forrest ?

I think Forest would be like a bull and Machida would be like a China Shop.

How can you hate Forrest? That dude is entertaining! His fights are entertaining - in victory and in defeat. Come on, didn't you see him run after he got his a$$ beat by Jardin? That was hilarious! His fight with Bonner, classic (the first one anyways)! His submission victory over Shogun, earth shattering. He looks like a POS and chicks dig him.

Forrest is straight forward and Machida is slick. Would be an exciting fight, and if Forrest wins it could happen.

I wouldn't beat against Machida no matter who he is fighting.

Not even Rampage, Wand or Shogun. I really thing Machida is that good and Iv been saying it for a LOOONG time.

Im glad hes getting some recognition now because he has one of the toughest fight styles to deal with Iv ever seen. Hes so incredibly awkward that I dont even see Rampage beating him.

I totally agree with you, I don't see anyone at 205 beating him, even though most of his fights gets boring and he wins most of them by decision

Are you new to watching mma or something? I do not understand how you can say machida is boring. Do you not understand his fighting style or something.
You are also very critical to Forrest who is a VERY exciting fighter who wins or loses always puts on fight of the night style bouts. His shogun sub was awesome and he is such a chatacter prob the best thing to come out of all TUF shows.
Love all mma, and big UFC fan but I do miss Pride.
Big Supporter or British MMA so a shout out to Micheal Bisbing, Paul Taylor and Dan Hardy who are representing well and makeing their mark in the UFC!!!

I said MOST of his fights are boring. I know he has a different style of fighting but it's too technical and that makes it boring sometimes, like I rather see Wanderlei Silva fight than him but I like Machida, and it is not that I'm very critical to Forrest, it's just that I don't really like him and in my opinion he has no chance against Rampage.
