He is the younger stepbrother of Ken Shamrock, Frank has also fought in Pancrase and UFC like his brother. He has big wins against Tito Ortiz, Jeremy Horn and Igor Zinoviev.

His style is a submission fighting expert. He's 5'10 (1.78 meters) and 185 lbs (84 kilos).

I remember someone saying that it's signed. But I very much doubt it will happen.

Frank is cool. I remember he early fights in the UFC. Great throws by Frank are still one the best things you see watching "best of UFC".
UFC is almost like Pride. Almost makes a huge difference!!

I would have to say Frank Shamrock is one the most underrated fighters. I think its because he had to live under the shadow of big brother. I hated that he retired at the top of his game. I knew he could have made his own legend that might have been able to topple Ken's. But he is still only 33 I think, so who knows what could happen? What I would like to see would be Frank Shamrock vs. Ken Shamrock....
Not to cross train cripples the martial arts, without it you can become a mechanic, but never an artist.

Yeah, forgot about that. It was 3 months ago right? Thats his first fight in 3 years, and only lasted 21 seconds into the first round. Frank got the KO.
