i am looking for shootfighting around dc area... or good mma w/ strong striking/ ground work.. also any info regarding a gym w/ bumper plates, kettle bells, chalk...angry people that can kick my ass and a generally filthy atmosphere would b appreciated...

i googled and found a few sites... but couldn't find any shootfighting...

thx mate... googled like crazy no shootfighting in that area... numerous bjj... my google knowledge is signifigantly less than my knowledge of adult entertainment online.. lol

hehehehe, some of the BJJ dojos might know something about shooto or mma clubs near by. Try checking with them. Many clubs never get a website.
