Sure,if thats what you wanna do.Its pretty cheap and thats all i took up until my offseason and now im taking creatine,but whey protein is fine,but make sure to eat more since youre trying to bulk up and the weight gainer would help you get in some extra calories.

Nothing wrong with have 2-3 protein shakes a day. Just remember to not only count on that for all your nutrition, you still need to eat healthy and well. I love protein shakes, and if I am in a rush and cannot eat due to work or something I just make a quick shake and grab some fruit and I am usually good.

jdizzle is right about the sugar. you have to make sure you get the right type of gainer. but weight gainer can be helpful if you are looking to put on bulk, just remember to take care when taking supplements.

up your mass is really good,but the weight gainer by body fortress works good as well if yore on a budget. :D

While I worked at GNC we sold quite a bit of CytoSport's CytoGainer, True-Mass, actually some of GNC brand Weight Gainer Gold.
