me neither. Only sideeffects I had was the bad taste and sometimes it's a little hard to control the temper. That's all...

Im taking pure creatine by body fortress.I would blame it on the fact that i took 3 protein shakes in 4 hours, but i usually get the shit feeling after my first dose of creatine, but it usually fades away 15 minutes later when i start working out.Today it came back and it was horrible!

I think it may be the protein.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't you be doing creatine cycles? 4 weeks on 4 weeks off

Thiking back,it probably was,but i need to lose 10 pounds for wrestling anyway and creatine would make that hard to do.

It's usually all water weight. It's normal, I put on around 8 to 10 pounds of water weight when taking creatine.

Yeah and on average water weight can fluctuate 3-8 lbs. on any given day.

You got diarrhea because you are using monohydrate. Creatine must be completely dissolved into water to be absorbed, so if you want to use monohydrate (prefer micronised) and plan to make the loading phase you'd better heat up some water, dissolve the creatine in it and drink. BTW Are you also using fast acting carbs to drive it to your muscles?
If you are very very sensitive you could switch to other forms of creatine, such as creatin ethyl ester, creatine malate, etc that are more expensive
