There's also many, many workouts with medicine balls that can help increase your power. There's throws and slams you can do with them.

Well it all depends on what you want to work out.

But here are a few:

Ups and Downs: You underhand toss a ball up in the air and let it hit the ground. After it hit's the ground, if you have the rubber medicine ball, catch the bounce and then bring the ball over your head and slam it. This workout works your biceps and triceps. Maybe your shoulders a little also.

Push throws: I bet you know what this is. Just take the ball and push throw it with each arm, then do a push pass with both arms.

I do not know what this next drill is called, but you are on your back and throw the ball in the air with both arms and each arm individually and catch it when it comes back down. Do not over exert yourself, just push it into the air and catch it when it comes down. After you get used to it you can try to throw it higher.

You can also do push-ups with the ball. Put the ball in the middle and and then put both hands on the ball and do push-ups. You can also put one hand on the medicine ball and one on the ground and do your push-up and pivot over the ball and then do it with the other arm.

pushups where you form a triangle under your sternum work amazingly for targeting your triceps, i have found that this has increased my punching power
