I would say GSP, Rich Franklin and Anderson Silva (demolished Leben) need their own threads.

But Frank Mir...did you see him in UFC 61 ? He looked like the current Ricco Rodriguez ! :roll:

Frank has some serious work to do before he can worry any heavy weight in the UFC perhaps a too long a lay off for him has damaged his fitness and confidence

is he still fighting somewhere? i havent seen or heard anything of him in a long time. last time i saw him, he looked like he put on a lot of weight and didnt look near as sharp as he used to.

i use to be a huge fan of igors. hes preety old now and isnt as sharp because when his career started he was a bare knuckle brawler..him and kharitonov as well. igor had his time tho, his fight with rampage was amazing i remember. i doubt ull see much more from vochanchyn.

i saw Igors last few fights in pride and it was a 2 or 3 fights too many for him. If he hasnt retired he should
