Im not the fan of guys from "Hammer House". Sure they big, but so what. Now you need to have great technic. Strenght is just not enough. Plus I hate Phil Baroni from Colman's gym.
UFC is almost like Pride. Almost makes a huge difference!!

To say that the guys from hammerhouse have no technich is silly, i think coleman, randleman, and boroni are all talented fighters, they have all beaten top nothc fighters, ask crocop and kondo, and coleman did beat shogun, wheather he was losing are not, still won, just because they have attitude, dosent mean they suck

indeed they are good, but if you ask me, they could work a little on their grappling.

I dont know, sure there submission game is defently not up to par, but thats is just one aspect of fighting, i thought randleman was out striking quinton until he got nailed by that knee, tell you right know if i found out i had to fight randleman, coleman or baroni, my ass wound not take em lightly. But your defently right when it comes to the submission game, thats how you try to beat em.

i also just want to say, i cant stand nog, i still to this day dont know why, ever since he fought ricco a long time ago, im sorry but he lost that fight, everyone knows it, he thinks he is so much better than he really is. I know he has a good track record, but has he fought anyone good latley? He is the most overrated fighter in the game.

He hasn't fought for a while, but his ground game is superb. He is a wizard. His striking still needs working on, specially on the kicks and knees. But I still see Nog as a major threat to all the HW guys in Pride. One mistake against Nog and you're done for.

That is true, he is smart and quick on the ground, i guess i cant punk him to bad, he has pulled some good submissions off in his day
