Message Indicated Posts are too Close Together Seems Wrong

I have posted in the past some lengthy posts. After posting them I would get the "you can not post so soon after posting," or something to the like. Sometimes, there are short posts, that I quickly reply to one then off to the other, with no such message. In a nut shell the message seems random. Well, when post my first post of the day I got the message. I hadn't even posted yet, and I still got the email. So, my question is why the variation and why am I getting the message (which won't let me post until some undetermined time has elapsed) at various times and spacial lengths. Today's just didn't make any sense, with no prior post.

i get it sometimes but only when i actually do attempt to submit another message before the other has cleared.

Yah I have seen it as well...just means you are way to fast a typist. Relax, I always save everythign beore I hit submit so that I know I can repost if it tells me to fast a repost or what ever it says.

I am fare typist, but the length seems to differ. Sometimes, it may take five minutes to type message and other time a few seconds. I've gotten the message on both instances, but it doesn't to that all the time. Just think the time should be stagnate.

I've now changed the setting from 30 --> 10 seconds.
