I can't find it, all of the videos are taken off youtube for "copyright infringement". Plenty of pictures if you just google "cuba tae kwon do". Yeah, the ref not going down just shows you why he lost lol.

Yeah I saw it and have to say, what a total cock. He was well out of line and I hope he gets a real long and severe punishment.
Although I have got to say the reactions made it real funny :lol:I know it's shallow but if you saw ityou know what I mean.

If he only knocked out the ref, he would've been headlining EliteXC!

One more reason that Traditional Martial arts should not be a pure sport!

The guy gets robbed of a win and then reacts like a moron.....

Image

Then complains to the ref.....(think that is backwards their guy...dont kick him then ask him to change his mind!

Image

The whole story is that the Cuban was winning his Bronze medal fight and was kicked in the knackers, he got a one minute time to "shake it off" and instead of telling him to stand or asking him to continue the ref just gave him the "DQ" and that was it. The cuban yelled at him, his coach got pissed and "BLAM" he kicked the ref. Then formally protested the loss.

Their you have it....Olympic TKD at its very best! The IOC and TKD rulling body banned them for life and also Ripped the TKD body for the incident. My predictiion is TKD is going to be gone as a Olympic sport REAL soon.

Bravo China.
I am glad they won the Olympics.

Russia after a very bad beginning finished in 3rd place.

About TKD I cant understand one thing, TKD is a korean sport right? then why in the hell in the 67 Kg. category the participantes were form Mexico, Afghanistan, Rep. Dominicana. But where is Japan, Korea, China?
It was impossible for Korea to find good fighter that weights under 67 kg?

I think events like basketball, Baseball, All of the friggin Sailing and other "non-traditional" events should be scrapped. I also think the olys should be fore amatures not pros! The Dream team is fun to watch but it is not fair, a WHOLE team of million dollar players all doing it for free, guys that train and compete for HUGE money! Sucks.....
