Yoga. I am not shitting you. Give your yoga instructor...the one you find...the area that you are having issues with and they will stretch the shit out of you and take pressure off the nerve. After that train in a pool for a while. It will keep your conditioning up and not cause any extra pressure on your back. Then go to a good massage therapist and get some work done.

agreed with kensei. cant speak for the yoga, never taken it. the pool is EXCELLENT for SO MANY things. massage therapist is a good idea we well, just as long as they actually know what they are oding. it is honestly somewhat of an art itself.

I have tried Accupuncture and would not waste your time! Stick to manual therapy that is steeped in truth! Accupuncture is mostly in your head!
