Rulon Gardner is a greco-roman wrestler. He's the only man ever to beat Alexander Karelin.

Rulon did it in the olympics final, to win the gold. He made his debut in Pride Shockwave 2004 fighting Hidehiko Yoshida.

Gardner is a mountain of a man at 264lbs (120kg).

His all time pro MMA record is 1-0-0(Win-Loss-Draw)

Actually Pride is going to give him Fedor in the next year or so. He is known for overthrowing champions...

LOL OVERTHROWING CHAMPIONS MY ASS, PLEASE DONT SAY ALEXANDER KARELIN. LOL ALEXANDER KARELIN WAS A 3 TIME GOLD MEDALIST WICH MEANS WHEN HE FOUGHT RULON AT HIS 4TH OLYMPIC APPEARANCE ALEXANDER KARELIN WAS IN HIS 16TH YEAR TRYING TO STAY AND SHAPE AT 40 YEARS OLD. IF RULON FOUGHT A YOUNG KARELIN HED GET TOOLED. HE WAS JUST AT THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME FIGHTING A WASHED UP KARELIN. FEDOR WOULD DISMANTLE HIM SO FAST.

He still came away with the win. What's the difference between his win and everyone one of Matt Hughes's fights people complain about? You have to give Rulon some credit.

im not saying he dint deserve to win. im saying u could only say he decrowned the champ if he would be karelin in karelin's 1st,2nd, or even 3rd appearance. but in his 16th year karelin dint dethrone shit he just won.

What ever happen to this guy, lol, hey just wanted to comment on the KImbo tank show last night, the only fight worth talking about was the Ricco vs Silva fight, did anyone else watch this, I though Ricco beat him. Anyone agree? Cant wait for Kimbo to fight someone good, a young Tank would have done better, but he just to damn old now.
