I hear K-1 is trying to pull something big out so they can obtain some of the spotlight back.
Not to cross train cripples the martial arts, without it you can become a mechanic, but never an artist.

K1 has lost most of the kickboxers to MMA and most of the MMA guys to other orgs...they better act quick or they may end up sitting with the boxing guys as the bandwaggon passes by.

They really havent made much of an attampt to get on the forefront of MMA lately, with the sport at an all time high, they really need to step it up.

Well, WFA too. IFL and Strikeforce seem to be growning, which is nice.. It's MMA growing pains I suppose. Dana said it best, you get every Tom, Dick and Harry who has a few bucks and throws together three initials and they have a league. Some have to crumble.

2- PRIDE and 2 UFC fights. This is because UFC wants to secure him after the sale. A lot of fighters arent obligated to fight if PRIDE switches ownership.

But at this point they would be morons not to, I mean when you work for Pepsi and Coke buys them...were do you go? Smaller brands are to small for these fighters. Look at Jackson, he fought in the Smaller company and jumped for joy when the UFC bought them out.
I dont see guys like Nog saying..."no, I dont want the money, I will stay in Brazil and fight at Bobs extreame fighting". Who is left that is big enough other than K1s Heros, and they are just starting to make steam.
