I would suggest some HIIT training and some really hard rolling! I find that the HIIT or speed play running builds my stamina real fast, for an old fart that is great. The added bonus is that you drop weight as well. I use a sauna suit as well to really push the intensity. The rolling is great because since I started rolling I found my fitness level has gone crazy!
I am not anywere near 155 but I would say watching the amount of weights you do is important. Do drop sets or burn outs to make sure you are working the muscles endurance not building to much bulk. Just my thoughts however, I am more Middle to light heavy weight than light weight however.

By rolling do you mean wrestling and jiu-jitsu? I'm signing up at a school in May for muy thai and BJJ so hopefully that will whip me into better shape.

Anyone who trains hard needs a nutrition plan. You need the healthy benefits of products like BAZI to reach your peak form. Without the right fuel, you wont go anywhere.
