Taekwondo and muay thai

Posted: Tue Mar 03, 2009 5:53 pmReal TKD looks alot like Karate and a lot less like fluffy sports crap. if you learn good TKD or Good Karate you are doing well. It is the instructor and your time and effort not the style guys. I have taken out a few Thai guys when I did kick boxing and I used Karate to do it. I also saw some really good TKD guys...and then again I have seen some shit Karate and TKD guys.
