At my muay thai class we were doing circuits and my instructor had a good workout to do with a partner and medicine ball.
Your partner holds the medicine ball up to his stomach while standing side on to you, and you deliver round house kicks to the ball - smashing it into his stomach. Alternate legs every 20 kicks. 3 minutes per person then swap with your partner.
this will have your legs burning and abs trembling.

yea first time we did it at Muay Thai Class my shin slipped off the ball and I round kicked him in the chest.
