I drink it. It doesn't really do much lol. I just like it because it is cheap and is healthier than soda.

Vitamin water is a newer product that is out in north america. I tried it and was not impressed. I use a daily vitamin and a few others each day. This is just another way to get a vitamin and I am not to sure how good it is.

all it is is a drink that has vitamins in it and tastes pretty good.... there just marketing it, it's probally better to drink after a workout than gatorade is, gatorade is goood for getting back salts and stuff but its basically just a well marketed soda..... however used properly is much better than soda lol.

Vitamin water nutrition facts can be deceiving though, serving size is 8 fl oz and servings per container is 2.5.

So if you're drinking XXX, there is 125 calories in a bottle and 32.5g of sugar in a bottle. So just keep that in mind.

its delicious based on which flavor you get. just know the ones you like and drink those. it is way better (healthier) than gatorade or crap that kids drink nowadays (Sunny D, Coke, Tang, Hi-C.. and etc)

If you read any sports drink not one will tell you nutrition facts per bottle. Take that G2 crap for example big circle that says 30 CALORIES on it. yet thats if u just 1/4 bottle.

Still comparatively thats still not alot. I prefer to just drink water and take vitamins i dont like how the flavors are match with specific vitamins you may need one type of vitamin but hate the flavor that its matched with so you cant drink it. Your better finding a drink you like thats healthy and then buy supplements with it. Cheaper too
