Weight Training and BJJ!

I currently doing BJJ right now and I'm thinking about doing monday through friday...and I wanted to start weight training to put on some more muscle and strength but I don't want to overwork myself...on top of this Im gonna be working almost everyday and going to school...anyone have any good workout plans for BJJ and also how many days should I workout. thnaks

Do you want overall muscle gain or looking for specific things to strengthen? Do you want lean muscle?
