Alright, looking for some pointers on gaining weight. I know the basics, protein, big weights small reps.

Here are the specifics:

I'm 21 years old.
I'm 5'11.
I weigh 150lb.
I have full Gym.
I train Muay Thai twice a week. ( + 1 circuits cardio session)
I train BJJ once a week.
I don't weight train, cos i got bored.
I want to gain 15lbs
I have an awesome road bike, free weights and a punch bag in my garage.
I Have been on protein sups before but currently not, I want reccomendation to a good weight gain, but not make me flabby.

To make this easy what i want is:

Recommendation on protein supplements, How many supplements per day and what time, KEY excercises to gain bulk, and any personal tips.
