I myself and not a big fan of just creatine, if so, id just buy the GNC brand, its cheep and it seems to work.

I would recomend just buying N.O-Xplode or Black Powder.

They are about the same thing. They'll do alot more for you.

twinlabs has good stuff generally. I had the creatine a fw years ago, worked like a charm. Although, it should be said that if a creatine works on me it doesn't necessarily have to work for you. Different body types etc etc etc are a big part of this. But Twinlabs is a big company on the market.

man you for sure should talk to your instructor or who ever first.
taking creatine by its self isnt going to help as much as you would like.
you need to make certain diet changes when you start creatine or you wont gain as much muscle.besides drinking lots of water.
yeah GNC brand. pretty much as long as its JUST creatine powder is will be fine. dont get the stuff with a bunch of flavors and extra shit.
By focusing on the future, you dilute the present.

I take GNC Amplified Creatine 189. It's great.

Don't take it alone though.. NOxplode (A+ product) and GNC's amp'd protien shakes. It might be different for every person, but I'm more than satisfied.

Disciplince's Hope: Progress  ...nothing's changed, I did it as a half joke to Kensei lol. (Lite jest in mutually spirited reply to the long post comment directed at on some other thread) Normally, I wouldn't have said it, but like I said it is never bad advice; so, I can make a funny and give good advice all is one shot. But, seriously, you can say it, but how many people actually go before taking a new suppliment, may guess is not many (retorical)?

With all fun aside, let's get back to answering the guys questions.

sounds good! id still say thats some progress with one another lol. but yes, back to the original topic.
