Whats that black strap that Sean Sherk wears while working out...I've also seen many other random fighters wear like this odd black plastic strap pver the chest while working out...What is that? Whats the purpose? Anyone know? I was just curious..

it's a heart rate monitor. Makes sure you're training at the right tempo.

It is his dog collar, but he has no neck so it slips down all the time.
